Have you ever wanted a dress from Alexander McQueen but the only thing stopping you was the sticker shock? Well now you can have your very own dress from the high fashion designers at a very affordable price.
Giles Deacon is the latest designer tapped to participate in SHOWstudio's Design Download series - an initiative that allows the site's viewers to downloard patterns and make designer dresses themselves.
Originally in Deacon's Fall 2007 collection worn by Lara Stone, the Troubador dress is ready for any ambitious designer who is not afraid to use a little elbow grease in exchange for a gorgeous frock.
Nick Knight, founder of SHOWstudio said,"The purpose of our Design Download series is to give everyone, everywhere, access to amazing high fashion." I couldn't agree more.
PS - Check out the awesome Anna Piaggi in the background on the right! Now that's what I call a throwback.
