Versace & Versus Watches Preview From Baselworld 2014
Typified by a strong personality, the new watch from V-Signature presents an IP rose gold case supported by two big lugs featuring the Versace Greek key . The iconic symbol is also engraved on the bezel, framing the Medusa depicted in relief on the dial. The double patent leather wrist strap emphasizes the mood of the watch through its two overlaid elements conveying a strikingly powerful look. The thinner top part can be slipped out of the wider, rounded base section for a more traditional style and fit.
The color palette is bold: highly aggressive black, a chic but equally punchy white, also enriched with diamonds, or alternatively warm yet energetic tones of red and bronze. Colors – like orange, lime yellow and turquoise – complete the range.
Perfect for braving the nightlife in the most glamorous city stateside, it is a mix & match of Versus icons: the Lion makes a subtle appearance on the dial and studs adorn the bezel, while safety pins and still more studs decorate the strap. Six monochromatic versions, in black, white or red with a stainless steel or IP yellow gold case, release all Versus’ young and rebel soul.
